It certainly was the rokh, until the much-anticipated hybrid buff got everyone excited enough to try one out again. Aside from the hype though, I haven't read anything spectacular about their new performance and I certainly haven't seen it myself....

Applicable characters should be cleanly skilled combat pilots without cross-training. I have no preference as to which race, and will place emphasis on characters with the most core competency for my isk.
